The best GP practice I've ever had. Quick appointments, the Drs and nurses listen to you and care. Dr Deaville has been excellent throughout my diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
I honestly can't think of any ways upon which you could improve.

Most staff I have dealt with have very positive experiences - friendly, courteous.
The one issue I have had is a general lack of knowledge of trans - specific healthcare, e.g. the awareness that 'HRT' does not just apply to menopause.

Easy to book.
Convenient location.
Removal of crayon service has been very bad. Still waiting for service appt after I month to sort facial want. Had another issue that needed, argue and that still isn't sorted.
