It is good to live near a practice in which one gets to know the GP and the GP knows one at a personal level, which is the ease in Keele. This establishes trust and confidence.
The surgery is always available and it is straightforward to book an appointment. No need for improvements. Keep the surgery as it is how, except for the closure of the dispensary.
