I was initially booked in to see a doctor but what I really needed was to see the nurses.
I think they should find out why someone is booking an appointment to better know who put them in contact with.
But the nurses were very helpful though.

- Getting appointments is very hard.
- Reception staff need some communication skills - sorry but it's true!
