I requested a face-to-face appointment to discuss x-ray results and this was explained to me very thoroughly Dr Clarsson was completely au fait with my medical history which has become complex of late and was very reassuring I was concerned about a mark on my face which due to Covid has been covered up on all previous appointments Dr Clarsson arranged for me to be seen by the appropriate agency and called me at home to let me know when I was likely to be seen I received a phone call this morning and had images taken at a local clinic at 9:15 am This is amazing and I am extremely grateful to Dr Clarsson All the team at Keele Practice really care about ensuring all my needs are met and I cannot express how grateful I am
