Keel Practice is an exemplary GP where patients are treated with high respect and dignity. Dr Clarson and Dr Alpanseque whom I see for myself and the children are classic examples of what a GP should be patients From all questions answered to satisfaction to all symptoms investigated, treated or referred as appropriate, I feel at home with Keele Practice knowing my children and I are in good capable and experienced hands.

The telephone booking service in the morning can be frustrating but it's a comfort to know we can always book appointments online now. However, when one of my children needed to be seen the same day, there was no more appointments left for the day. However, I was contacted by the Dr on call later in the day. A very patient-centred GP I would say.
