The hygiene when I was getting a vaccination was not the best. The person who gave it to me did not wear gloves and kept touching things - desks, pens etc which would have been a bit getting better. Dr. O'Bryne was informative - efficient and empathetic when dealing with my case. The phone is often away but that seems understandable.
