The staff are always friendly, efficient and professional.

I haven't actually seen a doctor for two years, although the rest of the medical team is excellent. However, it would be reassuring to see a doctor at times.

I've experienced emergency appointments after having a telephone appointment (not helpful), but putting a normal appointment on isn't straight forward and you're restricted in the different issues you can ask about. The other, confusing, issue is to get a message to the GP via reception and hear back with an answer. Different work schedules from receptionists and GPs mean you have to chase for the answer yourself. This could be improved via the online system perhaps? "Ask and answer" online system would be great!
