I've experienced emergency appointments after having a telephone appointment (not helpful), but putting a normal appointment on isn't straight forward and you're restricted in the different issues you can ask about. The other, confusing, issue is to get a message to the GP via reception and hear back with an answer. Different work schedules from receptionists and GPs mean you have to chase for the answer yourself. This could be improved via the online system perhaps? "Ask and answer" online system would be great!
I have been a patient of Imeary Medical Group for over 25 years. The receptionists, and medical staff have always provided an excellent service, appointments are quick and easy to book, repeat prescriptions always arrive in a timely manner and the level of medical care is exceptional.

When I attend my appointments at the surgery, I always feel at ease and comfortable, I am listened to and I feel heard.
Caroline was a lovely nurse , made me feel at ease and she is a very helpful person.
