I booked my appointment online through a link sent to me by the surgery, it gave me a wide variety of options for time and date so I was able to choose something which suited me and fitted in with my day.

I have always had positive experiences at the surgery, I understand they are always busy but they have always been very accommodating and helpful doing the upmost for the patient where possible.
