Appointment was on time,in fact a few minutes early. Only problem I did have to wait for a available date but probably only routine
Quite a long delay between asking for advice and being phoned by a GP.
Witnessed 20 minutes of receptionist interaction with patients and, while she wasn’t unpleasant, she was almost entirely unhelpful.. sending patient after patient away unhappy with the service.
Even a patient who had ceased to take medication because of side effects was only offered a phone call a fortnight away. Hopeless.
Usually easy to get an appointment.
Arrived for 3pm appointment as reminded by the text of that morning but on arrival the main surgery was closed for training until 3:30pm
Although Ryan did see me about 3.15pm.
Another man had arrived for his 3pm covid booster jab as instructed by his text of the morning but it did not say that he needed to go to the pharmacy in the High Street instead because of the training.
