My issue was dealt very quickly with an initial phone all appointment due to Covid restrictions and then I was offered an appointment for a minor op within a week. On the day, there were no delays, I felt very safe and everything was explained and done very professionally but with a friendly manner too.

How lovely to have sue the Asthma nurse Practitioner call me at home for an update & review of my Asthma & treatment plan. Sue didn’t rush me & was happy to answer any concerns I had . Sue also explained all about my pending COVID 19 vaccination & this was very reassuring. Sue also reminder me that if I was worried about my asthma to contact the surgery . Excellent service & thank you sue for all your reassurance.

Just felt it was impersonal

I went for my annual flu jab, I just felt the nurse could have been a bit more friendly, I could have been very nervous about having an injection and in need of reassurance.

My blood pressure was higher than normal so the nurse Nina concerned immediately brought it to the attention of one of the doctors and dealt with. The Doctors and nurses are very attentive caring and kind my family have always got the very best of care from Greystone Surgery. Reception is also excellent. We very much appreciate and are thankful for great care we receive from Greystone Surgery. Thank you Russell and Yvonne Turner.
