Receptionists continually ask invasive questions about why you want an appointment - things that aren't relevant to their job. Staff dismissive and blasé of LGBT health care issues in general.

More LGBT training for staff and receiptionists to be reminded they aren't doctors.

I contacted the surgery online last week for a pre-existing issue with tennis elbow and was seen today for an injection to relieve it. Very impressed.

I saw nurse Teresa today for a B12 injection & Flu jab. As always she was welcoming, friendly & professional. She is always chatty & bubbly & gives injections quickly with little pain. It’s over & done with before you realise as she is so calming. Keep up the good work :-)

Teresa Meeke and the other nurses have been compassionate, caring, gentle and helpful while tending to the wound left by my abscess. They must be swamped under current conditions, but were always cheerful and made a painful process much more bearable.

Nothing, they all made my daily trips as easy and comfortable as they could.
