I had a flu jab appointment yesterday
The nurse who looked after was absolutely first class
Polite, professional and displayed genuine care
I wish I knew her name but she was the lady using Dr Senhens room. She was a real ambassador to the practice
Furthermore the receptionist who answered the phone, (silver haired lady) also was very clear and easy to follow.
All and all the call handling and patient care has improved markedly. I’ve been a patient since 1982 so have seen since the days of Dr Brooks and Dr Piper.
Thank you
I had great care this week from this surgery. Managed to get an emergency appointment first thing Monday when I was very poorly. Followed up by blood test 2 days later with result and further GP follow up on the Friday. Saw lovely GP Dr Rayvel very caring considerate and reassuring - NHS at its best.
I agree with what has been said about the attitudes of the reception staff - it is as we are a nuisance - they are there to look after us and that is what they get paid for - someone needs to send these receptionists on a customer care course to try and change their attitude.
also they try and fob you off when you are trying to get an appointment- not very happy with this surgery and the customer service is rubbish.
Very frustrated by this surgery. Almost impossible to get an appointment, reception staff are incredibly rude, many patients have raised this as an issue yet the practice manager does nothing to address this - under every poor review regarding reception staff there is usually a fake review declaring how wonderful they are.
Receptionists are extremely unhelpful and do no give you the time of day before dismissing your request without actually speaking to a medical professional. They are incredibly rude, including their tone and do not letting you finish your sentence before hanging up! Near on impossible to get an appointment at this surgery.
