I like the fact that the surgery is open late on Monday and Wednesday evenings, as this is a good time for me. Also the surgery is open before i start work (9 am) so i can have blood tests or see the nurse before starting work, so i am not interrupting my day. I have been a patient of Dr Bergers for over 25 years. He is a very popular doctor, who doesn't rush, he listens to you and is very thorough. You come away feeling that you haven't wasted your time.

The receptionists are always very pleasant and helpful. The surgery is always extremely clean. Great care is always taken by the nurses when going for blood tests etc. They telephone you when you are due for diabetic clinics or flu jabs.

I have always had excellent care at Fishermead Medical Centre. There is a lovely atmosphere at the practice, and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. As I am a wheelchair user and have a long standing medical condition, the doctors and nurses give me all the support and help when I need it, within the parameters of what they are able to do. And the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
