This time was relatively quiet fast to reach reception by phone with about 20 minutes waiting from first call

It took a few attempts to get through but when I did the receptionist asked for a brief account of my symptoms and advised she would add me to the call list for the day. I received a text shortly after to confirm I had a face to face appt arranged for that morning. The doctor was very smiley and pleasant and gave me a clear diagnosis. After my appointment my prescription was prepared very quickly. All very efficient, thank you.

Mrs Ball was although training a new nurse was attentive at all times. A pleasant personality and able to joke with her. The trainee nurse was also friendly and pleasant.

Very difficult to get through, a long wait. It also seems next to impossible to actually get to see a doctor, it's been this way since Covid. I haven't seen a doctor since before Covid started.

Maybe improve the phone system, having everybody calling first thing in the morning just means difficulty getting through or having a long wait.
