What care? I've been discriminated against because of mental health problems and also people with disability problems. Improve the service and supply the correct medication when requested.

I cannot fault the service and help I have recieved at Collington surgery. The practice is amazing staff are so friendly, and as a cancer patient you need a good Dr. I am lucky, nothing could be improved they are doing a great job.
