Difficult to make an appointment by phone as repeatedly not able to get through and not possible to book nurse appointment on the NHS app. I had to go to the surgery to make an appointment for routine cervical screening which was inconvenient.

Would be good to book an appointment with the Nurse online

Very grateful for the surgery for fitting in a face to face appointment post Christmas to help me with Parkinson’s symptoms and pain. Dr Mangiri listened and took time to hear my concerns and was so caring. A very different response than I’ve had previously. Thankyou so much the NHS are amazing.

No seeing a doctor face to face has resolved many concerns I had.

In more than two years have been offered a physio appt (very good), a paramedic appt (tried to push me toward tablets I know poisoned me for 2 years so not impressed) and a phone consultation with a GP in Birmingham Dr Awal who was brilliant.

Perhaps having a chance to have phone consultation with a GP who actually sees patients in my area.

Too long spent on the phone. Some people dont have the time to be waiting in a queue.

More easy access to appiontments and not just on line i cant do much on line

Appointments she difficult to get. I understand the triage system, but it could be improved. The day I was there, the staff were trying to cope with our computers. They system had failed. It seems very little back up and support from management.

Support the staff when rhere are no computers. It makes their lives very difficult.
