I only tried once to book a appointment when at the surgery but was told to book by phone. This was some time ago.

Dr was very good It took several triage calls to get an appointment Still waiting for someone to contact me re the further tests Dr ordered - bloods, urine etc

It’s very difficult to get an appointment when you work as you can be waiting a long time for the call to be answered when answered you are then questioned and put on the triage list then you have to wait for the doctor / receptionist to ring you with no given time when that will be to book you in

Go back to the old way of booking an appointment as seeing the doctor is private and confidential the receptionist be it not there fault wants to know the full details which I think is wrong you should only have to give a brief description

I understand the pressure on the service. In my experience it results in frequent confusion over the whereabouts of prescriptions and long waiting time on the phone.

Irregular text notification of repeat prescription being ready. Either do or don't do it because otherwise it will result in unnecessary calls to reception asking whether or not a prescription is ready.

Impossible to get an appointment usually as my work life means I can’t wait in a queue on the phones in the mornings. But luckily this time they reached out to me for a routine appointment which I was really pleased with

Just want to give a special mention to Zoe the lovely nurse I saw. So so sweet and friendly and felt so comfortable with her like I could talk to her about anything and she didn’t make me feel rushed or silly when I asked questions. Thank you Zoe!
