It’s never easy to get an appointment these days which I’m sure you all know sadly.

Arranging appointments by phone is difficult I always walk in and deal face to face as this is more effective

Sometimes takes a while to get through on phone, (understandable in busy times)
But staff are always incredibly helpful once you do.
