You can only make appointments at a certain time and I'm at work in a school so can't access my phone. Online you get an appointment well over a week later. Telephone appointments online are usually three plus weeks away. What use is that? On the plus side, the lovely nurse I see every 8 weeks is wonderful and will give me my next appointment every time I visit.

I understand the surgery is over capacity and there's a shortage of doctors, but not being available for what can usually be a quick appointment could lead to serious health issues.

They try very hard to accommodate

Obviously need more medical staff, but that’s a national problem

Everything was fine, a short wait for Dr.. but receptionist did warn me. Dr was efficient and polite and friendly.
