I telephoned 85 times before I got through, I then waited all day for a telephone call and then received a text message at 2.50 to be told I would get a call 3 days later...it was Friday, I am asthmatic and I had a chest infection which previous medication had not cleared and I had had for 3 weeks; to be told this was not acceptable. My husband visited the surgery to voice his concern and was told to ring 111 or 999 over the weekend if I got worse. He asked for his concerns to be noted on my record.

I think above sums it up. When I did get a call on Monday, you didn't seem to have me marked as asthmatic but the practitioner could see I was on asthma medication..surely my condition should ring alarm bells when I'm saying I can't breathe and have chest pains and coughing...I hadxalso asked, and been prescribed additional inhalers.

Saw Andy he was very patient, listened, took me seriously with all my symptoms, observed. His line of questions on contact with Black Mould+Damp were totally correct, only after I left forgot Ive had vast dealings with for 6 months. I shall be trying very hard to make contact with him this week. A total Credit to Surgery a very nice Gentleman would not hesitate to see him again

Collington surgery is in need of a make over and sadly so do the staff. There was no bright eyed and bushy tailed atmosphere in that reception area. My examination was as I expected….thorough and informative but the outcome the same…. Moved on to yet another heath care department! So the merry go round continues, it’s only been 2 and a half years. Where will I end up next. I feel like a ball in a pin ball machine.
