Yesterday went as planned, a pain free blood test .

Appointments need sorting . Ticking boxs to try and find out what’s wrong and not speak to anyone , then given antibiotics , does not really work .

My appointment was to have my dressing removed following a recent mastectomy, I was very anxious. Tracey, the Nurse who removed my dressing, put me at ease straight away, she had read my notes, she gave me good dietary advice to assist the healing process, and how to treat the wound. She was very engaging, helpful and made the procedure a pleasant experience. Thanks Tracey.

None. This was my first time at the Collington Surgery, my overall experience was perfect.

I have had 2 appointments recently as part of my follow up to a heart attack 15 months ago. Whilst the surgery is excellent, more planning is required for appointments. I attended at 4.15pm on week 1 to see the Doctor. He chatted to me, took my blood pressure and I was out within 10 minutes. I then attended at 8.30am on week 2 to have bloods taken by the Nurse and was again out within 10 minutes. Whilst both of these were efficient for the Surgery, they weren't for me as I had to leave work early / go in late on each occasion. With a little planning, surely these two appointments could have been combined to one visit, thus making it easier for myself without making it any more time consuming for the Surgery.

See above. Ps I don't 'identify' as a gender. I refuse to bow to stupid modern trends. I'm a man if that helps.

I had absolutely no problems and the staff were, as usual, great.
