It hasn’t been easy recently, as due to short to your staff. The triage list has been closed really early.

I’m guessing that more staff are needed. ie doctors . The waiting room was completely empty both when I went in and when I left 15 minutes later. This is often the case and yet you hear of people not able to get appointments.

If needed waiting in a queue on the phone is frustrating. However being told what number you are in Q is a good idea.

Overall nothing. Never experienced a problem with any member of staff who are always cheerful and courteous.

My appointment was at 2pm and I did not see Dr Kumar until 2.30pm In future I would prefer to see a doctor another than Dr Kumar

I was seen by a GP I have never seen, at a surgery I have not been to before, other than that it made a good impression on me . It also made a lot of differents being face to face with a doctor ! a long time coming. Thank you.
