This was a physiotherapy appointment offered by the surgery. I found the advice and exercises very useful.

I cannot think of anything to improve on that visit.

It is very difficult to get through to the surgery due to high volume of calls, which I understand. But so frustrating, and being told you are number 12 in the queue!!! Maybe more phone lines are required?

Once you actually get to see a doctor or nurse everything is very good.

The lady who did my blood test was full of beans and very happy and polite, which is nice to see. I think a slice of cake and a cup of coffee would be better in future though.

No I have 3 non phone call appointments from where the GPS have not phone. now been given a phone call appointment for 5 Feb. which is 12 days later and not on the day appointment which I was informed that I would receive.

Really hard to get a GP appointment
