On the same day I called the surgery, I was offered an appointment with a physiotherapist that week. Also advised that the doctor had referred me for DXA scan and this was arranged by telephone for the following week.

I’m satisfied with how efficiently my requests were met. I thought it better served my needs as it was not necessary to see a doctor first.
