You cannot get the through when you do they say triage is closed or not taking any more.

Answer phones and have longer triarhge .

I know you are busy but i cannot understand why it endsup when yoh ring you either get cut off or you are in a long queue

Difficult to get thro.Trying to talk to receptionist thro a piece of solid glass is difficult especially if you have a problem which you Don’t want the rest of the waiting room to hear .

Because the doctor had an emergency call ,my appointment was 1.5hrs late (4.15 appointment time ,doc called me at5.45..not his fault.

Had no problem. Excellent service the nurse I saw Tracy was very helpful and answered all my questions.
