The appointment with the doctor was great, he was very thorough and reassuring about my 10 week old baby and my concerns.

The triage system worked well today but sometimes it can be very stressful to get an appointment with only so few available and the phonelines always have such a big queue.

The trainee doctor was so helpful and efficient and understanding unfelt very comfortable talking to him he really was magnificent

I wish i was able to get a blood test sooner at sea road surgery as I don’t drive and so walking to Collington surgery can be quite tough on a very windy or rainy day as I suffer with back and stomach pain

You cancelled my appointment due to ill health of the Dr I presume. I haven’t rebooked yet.

Had a physio appointment, felt at ease and came out of the appointment feeling very positive.

For this appt, nothing.

Had quite a wait on the phone. Had to wait for phone call with appointment later in the day.

Would be better if it could be done all in one call
