Medical care to usual high standard. What always impresses me is the management of the practice. Very good regular routine check ups and follow up and responses to problems always very efficient.

Not sure there is anything practical within the current NHS restraints. Be great if the new surgery hub get’s built in Beaching road.

Sadly after waiting in a very long queue, we can only see a paramedic. Although he was very nice and helpful, he does not have the same authority as a doctor. Also it seems very unfair to put them in that position. Saying that he was very quick to give a prescription and arrange an Xray.

Fight to keep our NHS going and provide adequate and prompt appointments..

Appointment by telephone system works but you have to be patient and hard to get a face to face appointment The clinician I saw was excellent asked a lot of questions and was very thorough as well as very amicable
