Hello, you have insufficient resources to take enough calls or enough appointments. One phone line for four surgeries is extremely ineffective. By 10am the triage list is full and from 8 am it’s too busy to even get through. I have a serious medical condition which I have been in desperate need to medical advocate and care and when asked by other professionals why I haven’t seen a doctor, I have to say that it is because I can not get through to speak to anyone. The actual appointment I had at the last minute was pointless as the text said to see a pulmonary nurse but when I arrived, she wasn’t qualified to help with COPD so the journey I took was useless and very taxi h on my health as I struggle to breathe. You need more resources as you are the failing the community. This is also a breach of contract with the NHS I am to assume. Lives are at risk.

Get more staff. Get more phone lines. Ask for more support for your own well-being Communicate better as a result Sort out the enquiry email as it has issues
