Dr Kumar is one of the nicest GP that I have met. He took time to explain things to me, and I didn't feel he was hurrying me up to get the next appointment seen. If possible I would make sure that I seen him each time I visit the surgery.

Although the gp wanted to see me in person, it was extremely hard to obtain an appointment for face to face. Also the triarge system needs to be improved, in my opinion.

Surgery is mucky and old with the searing unsafe, it came away from the wall when sitting on the seats. Needs a deep clean or a refurb. Not a nice area to sit.

Matt was caring and friendly. He explained everything to me and gave me great advice and choices.

I still don’t think it’s easy to get an appointment with you and it hasn’t changed or updated the system that is used since the pandemic.
