Just too many patients at the practice. Despite a lot of very rude and negative comments about the surgery on local Facebook pages I have always found the reception and nursing staff very friendly helpful and efficient. I suspect a lot of the complainants have no idea of the pressures the surgery works under and I find it sad and irritating that they even moan and whinge about the service whilst in the waiting room Kerp up the good work .

So sorry that Dr Pronger is no longer there. She was such a caring and wonderful doctor a really sad loss for the practice. I saw Dr Cockcroft yesterday. He was extremely helpful and very thorough. We had a good rapport and he made me feel at ease. He did all he could to help me and will follow up an appointment after test results which he instigated . He is clearly very professional and experienced and I was very fortunate to see him. Thank you.
