Very long queues and wait to get answered. Often there are no appointments left to just get triaged.

Very difficult by telephone so have to visit the surgery to get an appointment but Wednesday appointment with the doctor was 5 star.
Suggested improvements
Collington surgery needs to be moved to better and bigger premises with appropriate sized car park. Although I have a blue badge it's very difficult to park on site and have to park a fair distance away as do others.
