My husband & I both received reminders for appointments that we had not made? We queried them and was told to ignore the texts.

It would appear that we are getting text reminders for appointments when our INR is due, but we self test as we have our own machine and then we email results to the surgery, which is perfect for us, saves time and a trip to the surgery and releases appointments for others that may need them, so when we get these reminders it does concern us that we have made errors. We are then unable to get through to the surgery to check.

Can't walk in to make appointment s anymore not good also all you get is someone to call you back and very difficult to explain symptoms over the phone I haven't had a face to face with my doctor for years not very good

See a doctor and not having to explain to receptionist why you have to see your doctor that should be patient confidentiality.

I felt reassured after seeing the doctor because l was concerned after having a recent procedure and my appointment was the same day.

I did receive a second misleading text about a second appointment but this was because l had left a urine sample after seing the doctor and there was not a second appointment at all.

I am still awaiting a telephone conversation with a Dr concerning irregular pulse/heart beat but nobody has spoken to me.
