Didn't need to book an appointment from scratch as this was a follow up, so just gave a neutral answer.

I first had an appointment booked at pebsham surgery which was a complete waste of effort to make it there. To be told there was a long delay, and then further to that, the surgery manager eventually came out after waiting half an hour that another emergency had popped up, and advised me and other patients waiting to re-book, or if we were happy to wait a further hour + we could. Further to this, I then had to book an appointment at terminus Road where am that was also delayed for half an hour. Although the doctor was very good with my daughters issue. It does seem according to the pharmacy there is a distinct lack of communication between them. The doctor said I would be able to collect the prescription the next day ( afternoon) this was not the case according to the pharmacist and was alittke rattled the doctor had said this. I am still awaiting the prescription to this day via text message from Devonshire Rd, boots. Must be 2 weeks now. I do intent to try and call them tomorrow regarding. I am deeply concerned how unorganised the service is becoming, and thank the lord I am only waiting on a review concerning statins repeat prescription for my cholesterol.

More communication with pharmacy's I feel.

Sometimes it's difficult to get through to make an appointment. Staff are v good, service v good.

Put more people on the triage calls so that calls can be answered quickly.

Had to wait a few weeks for initial telephone appointment but once I had that very quick to get to see GP and get blood tests done.

Length of time for telephone appointment could be shorter
