I was having stitches removed. My appointment was given at a time to suit my travel plans and I was given advice to deal with any problems arising from this.

Because I'm having to make the appointments myself and make decisions myself because the surgery is refusing to do anything to find out why my blood pressure is so high but insists on giving me medication that is potentially fatal.
Suggested improvements
Get me referrals for a cardiologist and a renal specialist so that Ci can get the diagnosis and subsequent treatment I now so desperately need.
