We are always able to get a telephone appointment and if necessary a face to face one. We are able to choose which doctor we speak to. We have male and female doctors. The nurse health workers are charming and always very helpful and skilled with injections etc!!! The reception staff are very helpful and do their very best even when extremely busy. The waiting room is very comfy but sometimes a little bit stuffy for my liking but that's just me.

-not many people inside but car park full and road outside as well.
