Telephoning is a major time commitment. Email success variable. Probably due to recent changes in the system. NHS app very good and is obviously the way forward, especially as older patients become more tech savvy.

My waiting time was 30 minutes.

Receptionist at Collington very helpful and allocated me an appointment straight away when I explained that one of the other surgeries cancelled my appointment at extremely short notice. All staff very nice and helpful.
