Although I had about a 35 minute wait because the Dr I saw was running behind, both receptionists were lovely and updated me when asked. Dr. Kumar who I had never met before, was reassuring, helpful and has a sense of humour about him which I always find to be calming and makes me feel at ease.

I think if you added a DJ, bar, a stage, lighting and a disco ball you would definitely attract more clientele.
