Can wait on the phone for up to half an hour to even get through to the receptionist

Suggested improvements
I was initially told by the receptionist that my blood results were fine and reluctant to give me a consultation with a GP After insisting to speak to GP he advised me I needed further changes to treatment as blood results were out of range Therefore receptionists should not be advising on medical issues
