Everything was fine with the surgery and the actual appointment apart from the fact that I had a 10.50am appointment which I was early for, but I wasn't actually called through until after 11.10am, so I had to sit in the waiting room and wait and watch other patients arrive after me for 11.10am appointments and get seen before me.

At no point was I informed that the nurse was running late, so this information could have been relayed to me.
