Allocated a 20 minutes appointment for a MRSA swab which seems excessive. Surely 10 minutes would be adequate. Surgery empty... As usual these days, considering how "busy" you are and how incredibly difficult it is to actually get an appointment this really surprises me.

Allocate shorter appointment times for things that only take minutes.. BP or swabs... Leaving less time for social chatting., that way more patients can be seen.
