Once through on phone to the surgery service was good and dealt with my problem efficiently. I did have to wait in queue to speak to reception, I was 11th in queue. The day before when I phoned the triage was already closed.

Suggested improvements
I am not sure how to improve if doctors all booked. Perhaps have one doctor dealing with simple appointments but not sure how this would work.
