It was only for a blood test but the nurse is always so very pleasant, helpful and reassuring.

I would like to be able to discuss the results with the doctor as I can already see them myself and there are a few things that need explaining. Before when I have rung up about results and asked to speak to a doctor about them I have had a text message back say all is ok. Whilst this is great news it is very impersonal. Also when you get the results on your app and you can see certain things are a miss then it would be good to understand why.
