The telephone triage system can sometimes be difficult to access because of long queues and occasionally staff sickness which,of course is unavoidable and understandable. But the receptionists have always been pleasant and polite in spite of the pressure on them and I have always been added to the list when I have needed help. I would always prefer a face to face appointment as it is easier to discuss an issue or problem in person. I realise that can lead to longer than necessary consultations in some cases!

Suggested improvements
My recent visit was for a blood test conducted by Mrs D Quested who was brilliant. We talked about the reasons for the test and the outcomes needed. The experience was completely painless and very professional. Everything was perfect thank you.
