Not sure yet if the new system has improved matters or they stay the same. I still had a 25 minute wait on the phone to speak to someone when ringing at 11.20am. I find it very off putting to wait up to an hour to speak to reception. Having said that the young lady understood my anxiety, told me I would be contacted shortly and I was called again soon after and an appointment made for the same day. Tessa was lovely and very reassuring. I checked my nhs app today and noted the referral. Many thanks.

Suggested improvements
Not sure how you can combat the telephone problem. Too many patients and not enough staff? I don’t seem to remember such long telephone queues in my previous surgery in London and that was 2021. Having said that, once you access the service here, patients are handled sympathetically, professionally and with care. Thank you.
