Tricky to get an answer then appointments are full

Suggested improvements
More receptionists to take cals at peak times. The system of only being able to have an appointment ion the day is crackers but set in stone apparently. If the appointment had to be deferred until tomorrow or next week, I wouldn't have to get in the queue, number 18, and the receptionists wouldn't have to take so many calls. Maybe a bit of a backlog initially, but worth giving it a try.
