The clinician I saw (Matt) was excellent. You cannot get an appointment by phone because you can’t get through to speak to a receptionist.

Suggested improvements
Scrap your triage system and allow patients to make an appointment when they need one. When one is ill or in pain having to redial the surgery number more than 90 times, to be told to phone back the next day is distressing.
