Appoints cancelled twice by txt told to make another appointment waited 1/2 to get thru. Got an another appointment then was made to wait for 35 minutes for my B12 injection. No explanation and no apology. Re captioning curt and could do with some people skills...

Receptionist manner was very poor and I don't agree with being called by my first name. It is too familiar and disrespectful. I am not a child and expect formalities to be adhered to by administrative staff.
