Sadly always find it extremely difficult to get an appointment with the doctors. However I do understand that they are under extreme pressure. Also very frustrating to hold on the telephone for such long periods, but once again I have to understand the difficulties.

I find it very hard to say what you could do better, given the pressures the surgery is constantly under! Obviously, it is incredibly frustrating not to be able to get appointments, especially when I’ve held on the phone for ages. I have yet to phone with what I believe is a new triage system, so it is unfair to comment further.
