I originally went through the on line system to try and book an appointment. The earliest I could be given was the 9th of February. I then wrote through the message system, was then called next day to say I would be given a telephone appointment. Received that and from that Leigh Fried-Lander booked a face to face appointment. He was so very professional, examined me fully, explaining and asking questions about my condition. Said he would ask another Dr what next steps should be, he called me back very quickly and explained about the 2 week referral at hospital. Couldn't have asked for better care, or reassurance. Thank you so much.

Suggested improvements
I think it mist be very difficult for older patients to access the on line services, therefore difficult to get any appointments, as when you call the lines they are always very busy, and can get cut off too.
